Booking Request Form

Any person wishing to hire St Keyne Village Hall on behalf of an organisation or for their own use may submit a booking request using the form below. Please give at least 7 days notice. Please note that bookings are subject to availability and submission of this form does not constitute a confirmed booking. On receipt of your booking request, we will contact you to confirm availability. This information will be emailed to you and our treasurer as well for payment.

The booking of the hall is £10 per hour, this payment will be invoiced and paid after the event or booking has taken place.
